General conditions of sale

 The information which follow has for object to inform the clientele of the site www.erotic-secret.com about the general conditions of sale of products proposed by Henry bertrand on his www.erotic-secret.com Web site  The fact of clicking the button ' Confirmation of command(order) ' means at the same moment that you buy the presented good (s) ( s ) and also that you accept the present general conditions of sale.  

 General conditions of sale  

ARTICLE 1 – Objet1.1    - The present contract defined the rights and the obligations of Erotic-secret and the consumer within the framework of the sale of products put on sale by Henry bertrand on his www.erotic-secret.com site Each of the parts(parties) undertake to respect in its entirety these general conditions of sale, but that no other condition can add or modify cell  

ARTICLE 2 - Characteristics of the possessions 

2.1 - The customer acquaints with characteristics of products proposed in the sale thanks to the information put at the disposal by Henry bertrand. This information is mainly the size of (expressed in centimeters), the mode of creation, colours, origin and date. The photos of every article allow to show the product.Some small nuances exist between the piece and its photographic representation. 

 ARTICLE 3 –

 Prices 3.1-The prices of the works are indicated in Euro, inclusive of all taxes. The expense participation of transport and delivery is chargeable to the customer (see Delivery). The rate of VAT, current at the time of the command(order), is indicated on the order form. 

3.2 - Any command(order), whatever is the country of origin, is payable in Euro.

 3.3 - In the case of a command(order) in the direction of a country other one than metropolitan France, you become the importer of one or several commanded(ordered) piece.load(responsibility) of the consumer, and on no account this last one can ask for the refund(repayment) Erotic-secret. For piece sent except European Union and DOM-TOM, right(straight) or local customs duties or other taxesOf import can exist. 3.4 - Erotic-secret reserves the right to modify the prices of the works at any time. However products will be charged to rates shown at the time of the recording of the command(order). 

3.5 - Erotic-secret keeps(preserves) the property of products up to the complete payment of the command(order).   

ARTICLE 4 – Order 

4.1 - The clientele has, on the www.erotic-secret.com Internet site, a form of command(order) foreseen for that purpose. 

 4.2 - In the term of the process of command(order), when the customer clicks " to Confirm the command(order) ", he(it) undertakes to respect the general conditions of sale, and to settle(adjust) the total amount of his(its) invoice, by one of the payment conditions (describe in the article 6).   

4.3 - The customer will receive by e-mail a summary of command(order), in which will represent the description of its command(order), understanding(including) the reference and the price of (of the) product (s), the commanded(ordered) quantity, the choice of the method of payment, the mode, the cost, and the dispatch date, as well as the total amount of the command(order).  

4.4 - The information registered(recorded) during the command(order) establishes(constitutes) the proof of the command(order) and the deal made by the clientele. These last ones will be archived, and will give evidence on the nature and the date of the commands(orders).  

4.5 - Erotic-secret reserves the right to refuse either to cancel a command(order), in case of doubt on the solvency of his(her) clientele, or if need be, in case of dispute bound(connected) to the not regulation(payment) of a previous command(order).  

ARTICLE 5 – Delivery 

5.1 - The costs of the delivery of products are chargeable to the customer. The costs of delivery are clarified in a column of the site entitled "delivery period". They are called back(reminded) in the form of Command(Order) then in the invoice, which is sent to you by e-mail. When the customer chooses the payment in cash on delivery, this one will have to settle(adjust) in the reception supplementary 9,80€ for a payment in sort, and 6,50€ by mandate POST OFFICE ACCOUNT. 

5.2.1 - Erotic-secret undertakes to deliver any command(order) within 4 working days, except exceptional case, mentioned in homepage (in period of leaves for example). These conditions are valid for metropolitan France. For the expeditions abroad, this period(delay) passes in 15 working days. In the case of a payment by check, the command(order) is sent after collection of the check. 

5.3.1 - Erotic-secret works in partnership with Colissimo for the routing of his(her) products, to his(her) particular customers. Once the goods were confided(entrusted) to Colissimo, Erotic-secret is not responsible any more for its delivery. In case of neglect or of noticed average, he(it) is within your competence to apply the mention " SR " to the delivery note (Sub-reserve) to emit(utter) a complaint (motivated and clarified) with the carrier. 

5.3.2 - In case of delay due to exceptional events or to hindrance of the transport company, the customer cannot protest of compensation to Erotic-secret. These events not were within the competence of Erotic-secret. 5.4 - The delivery is made the working days at the address indicated on the command(order), from Monday till Friday. The customer will assume the consequences (including pecuniary) of a delay of delivery or a rerouting if the information relative to his(her,its) address of delivery is erroneous. In such a situation, he can ask on no account of compensation Erotic-secret. It is thus recommended to him(her) to be the most exact possible.   

ARTICLE 6 - Payment    

6.1 - Any command(order) spent on the www.erotic-secret.com site must be settled(adjusted) in euro.  

 6.2 - The customers arrange following payment terms: · on-line Payment by PAYPAL. The deal is reassured.  · Payment by check. The sending of the check by mail, is chargeable to the customer. The command(order) will be sent after collection of the check. 6.3-Any deceitful use of a check card for the payment of an article on the site can pull(entail) the revocation of the order of payment.

ARTICLE 9. Applicable law and regulation(payment) of the disputes 

9.1 - The parts(parties) agree that this contract is subjected to the French law. Any dispute stemming from the forming(training) of the interpretation of the execution of the Contract will be subjected to the exclusive competence of the Courts of Paris.9.2 - In case of dispute within the framework of a deal between a consumer and an Erotic-secret company, the parts(parties) undertake to find an amicable agreement before the commitment of a judicial procedure.
